By installing or using the Phixo Chrome extension or any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Phixo provides AI-powered analysis of email content to identify potential phishing, social engineering, and email-borne threats. The Service operates as a Chrome browser extension that integrates with supported webmail providers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Free tier requires no account. The Pro paid plan requires account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Phixo does not guarantee that it will detect every phishing email or threat. No security tool provides 100% protection. You should maintain independent security practices in addition to using Phixo.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from phishing attacks that the Service did not detect.
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Phixo. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. User feedback and suggestions submitted to us may be used by Phixo without restriction or compensation.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
